Refund policy

Globie: Refundable only while the eSIM is not activated; once data has been used, a partial refund may be considered at their discretion. Also refunded: confirmed Globie-side install faults, confirmed no coverage, incorrect or duplicate charges. Not refunded: incompatible phones, used eSIMs, expired plans. Request within 30 days by email with the order number; up to 10 business days.

TropiTrade: Refund/replacement if you can't use the eSIM due to their error (request within 30 days of purchase; they may fix it within 10 days instead of refunding). No refund for costs from other SIMs/providers, once installed (unless stated otherwise), or once a plan's validity has expired unused. General cases assessed case-by-case, a processing fee may apply. Refunded to original payment method or store credit, up to 30 business days.

Validity starts

Globie: Install within 180 days of purchase (product pages list 180 pre-activation days). Activation is at install/enable or first data use; the plan ends when data runs out or the validity period expires, whichever comes first.

TropiTrade: Validity starts the first time the eSIM connects to a mobile network, not when it's installed — stated explicitly in their own setup guide.

Fair-use limit

Globie: Fixed-GB plans run at full speed with no reduction. "Unlimited" plans give 3GB per day at full speed, then unlimited data at 1 Mbps until the daily allowance resets every 24 hours (stated per plan on product pages and in the feed).

TropiTrade: Not confirmed yet

Top-ups & rollover
