Terms of Service

By using eSIMKart, you agree to the following terms.

What this site is

eSIMKart compares prepaid eSIM data plans from third-party providers. We do not sell eSIMs — purchases are completed on the provider's own website after you click through from this site, under that provider's terms. We are not affiliated with any provider; provider names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to identify the plans compared.

Accuracy of information

We refresh prices, data allowances and coverage details from each provider's own data every day and show the date each plan was last checked. Providers can change prices without notice, currency conversions are indicative, and coverage depends on your device and location — always confirm the final price and terms on the provider's site before purchasing. Trust-card facts (refund, validity, fair-use and similar) are summarised from the provider's published pages and linked to their source; they are not a guarantee of how the provider will act.

Discount codes and promotions

Codes marked as eSIMKart codes were issued to us by the provider; "Public promo" codes are the provider's own public campaigns that we relay. Any code can expire or be withdrawn by the provider at any time and is applied on the provider's checkout, not here. We are not responsible if a code is refused.

Rankings, scores and sponsored placements

Plan tables are ordered by price and data value. The eSIMKart Score and "best" picks are computed from verified facts and prices; affiliate status and payment never influence them. Sponsored placements appear only in fixed, clearly labelled zones. How this works is described on our ranking methodology page.

Traveller reviews

You may post a review of a provider if it reflects your own genuine experience. By submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, translate and display it on this site. We verify the email address before publication and moderate for spam, abuse, personal data of others, and reviews that appear to be written by or on behalf of a provider. We may remove any review at our discretion and you may ask us to remove yours at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, crawl or copy the site's data at scale, to send automated clicks to partner links, to submit false reviews or form entries, or to interfere with the site's operation. Automated traffic to partner links is filtered and not attributed.

Advertising

Providers who book a sponsored placement do so under the terms shown on our advertising page at the time of booking; those terms complement these.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" for information purposes. We are not a party to your purchase from a provider and are not liable for the plan, its coverage, activation, the provider's service, or any loss arising from reliance on information shown here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top is the date of the last change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
