Refund policy

Billion Connect: Refundable before activation; once activated/used, refund rights end; third-party partner purchases are excluded from refunds.

Keepgo: You can cancel and request a refund by email or chat, but eSIMs not yet installed or activated must be claimed within 30 days of purchase; all refunds (except crypto) carry a 10% fee, and refills aren't refundable.

Validity starts

Billion Connect: Most plans start when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at your destination (some start on installation, as the product page states); activate within 90 days of purchase; a day = 24 hours from activation.

Keepgo: No expiry: the data balance is valid for a lifetime, but an account with no purchase, refill or usage for 24 straight months can be suspended and deleted (with its lines) after a 30-day email notice.

Fair-use limit

Billion Connect: Set per plan on the product page: most plans drop to a reduced speed (typically 128–384 kbps) after the high-speed allowance, daily or total, instead of cutting off; a few plans stop at the limit.

Keepgo: Their Terms of Service (§12) apply a fair-use limit of 7,000 MB per month to all data plans; above that within 30 days Keepgo may suspend or restrict the connection.

Top-ups & rollover

Billion Connect: Standard eSIMs can't be topped up; buy a new plan when data runs out. eSIM Air supports top-ups anytime without reinstalling.

Keepgo: Refill any time from your Keepgo account in fixed packs (100 MB up to 50 or 100 GB depending on the bundle); Auto-Refill is available.
