Refund policy

AirPlans: Full refund within 30 days if the eSIM was never installed or activated, wasn't delivered, or had a verified unresolved technical failure; installed plans and wrong-destination purchases are non-refundable.

Globie: Refundable only while the eSIM is not activated; once data has been used, a partial refund may be considered at their discretion. Also refunded: confirmed Globie-side install faults, confirmed no coverage, incorrect or duplicate charges. Not refunded: incompatible phones, used eSIMs, expired plans. Request within 30 days by email with the order number; up to 10 business days.

Validity starts

AirPlans: Validity starts when the eSIM connects to a network abroad, not at purchase or installation.

Globie: Install within 180 days of purchase (product pages list 180 pre-activation days). Activation is at install/enable or first data use; the plan ends when data runs out or the validity period expires, whichever comes first.

Fair-use limit

AirPlans: Unlimited plans come with a daily high-speed allowance (1GB, 2GB or 3GB per day depending on the plan), after which speed drops to a stated rate (512 Kbps to about 2 Mbps) until the next day. Both figures are published per plan in their feed and shown on each plan row here.

Globie: Fixed-GB plans run at full speed with no reduction. "Unlimited" plans give 3GB per day at full speed, then unlimited data at 1 Mbps until the daily allowance resets every 24 hours (stated per plan on product pages and in the feed).

Top-ups & rollover

AirPlans: Existing eSIMs can be topped up with more data from the My eSIMs screen in the app, no reinstall needed.

Globie: Not offered yet: every plan is a one-time purchase. Product pages say the top-up feature is still being built and a new eSIM must be bought for more data (feed: canTopUp false on every plan).
