Refund policy

Globie: Refundable only while the eSIM is not activated; once data has been used, a partial refund may be considered at their discretion. Also refunded: confirmed Globie-side install faults, confirmed no coverage, incorrect or duplicate charges. Not refunded: incompatible phones, used eSIMs, expired plans. Request within 30 days by email with the order number; up to 10 business days.

Roamify: Unused/unactivated eSIM purchases are eligible for review within 7 calendar days of purchase (must not be activated, installed, or consumed). Approved refunds are issued within 3 business days; banks/card networks may take a further 5-10 business days to post funds.

Validity starts

Globie: Install within 180 days of purchase (product pages list 180 pre-activation days). Activation is at install/enable or first data use; the plan ends when data runs out or the validity period expires, whichever comes first.

Roamify: Service begins immediately once the eSIM is downloaded and its data plan activated — validity starts on activation, not at purchase.

Fair-use limit

Globie: Fixed-GB plans run at full speed with no reduction. "Unlimited" plans give 3GB per day at full speed, then unlimited data at 1 Mbps until the daily allowance resets every 24 hours (stated per plan on product pages and in the feed).

Roamify: Unlimited plans are subject to a stated Fair Use Policy (preventing fraud/abuse), but no numeric high-speed cap or throttle speed is published — Roamify reserves the right to suspend/throttle without a stated threshold.

Top-ups & rollover

Globie: Not offered yet: every plan is a one-time purchase. Product pages say the top-up feature is still being built and a new eSIM must be bought for more data (feed: canTopUp false on every plan).

Roamify: Top-up is available in-app for supported eSIMs (not all — the app itself states when a plan can't be topped up), up until 2 hours before the plan expires.
