Refund policy

ASimGo: Full refund/replacement if the eSIM never activates, or a verified connectivity issue cannot be resolved by support. No refund for change-of-mind, unused data after the plan validity expires, a wrong email at checkout, or device/carrier-lock issues (a 2.50 SGD or 10% fee may apply there).

Globie: Refundable only while the eSIM is not activated; once data has been used, a partial refund may be considered at their discretion. Also refunded: confirmed Globie-side install faults, confirmed no coverage, incorrect or duplicate charges. Not refunded: incompatible phones, used eSIMs, expired plans. Request within 30 days by email with the order number; up to 10 business days.

Validity starts

ASimGo: Most plans activate only when the eSIM first connects to a supported network, not on purchase — install it just before departure or on arrival using airport Wi-Fi, per their FAQ.

Globie: Install within 180 days of purchase (product pages list 180 pre-activation days). Activation is at install/enable or first data use; the plan ends when data runs out or the validity period expires, whichever comes first.

Fair-use limit

Globie: Fixed-GB plans run at full speed with no reduction. "Unlimited" plans give 3GB per day at full speed, then unlimited data at 1 Mbps until the daily allowance resets every 24 hours (stated per plan on product pages and in the feed).
