Refund policy

eSIMX: Full refund within 14 days of purchase if the eSIM hasn't been installed. Once installed or used, refunded only if it doesn't work due to an eSIMX or network problem support can't fix (unused portion, or full amount if no data could be used); not for a mistaken purchase or changed plans.

MyEsimGlobal: Full refund for unused eSIMs not installed or activated; partial refund after support review otherwise. No refund once installed, activated, or used, except where mandatory law requires it. Requests within 30 days of purchase.

Validity starts

eSIMX: For most plans the validity period starts when you arrive and connect to a local network; for a few it starts at installation (see plan details). Once started it keeps counting down even if the eSIM line is turned off.

MyEsimGlobal: Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a local network at the destination, not at purchase — you can buy days or weeks ahead without losing validity time.

Fair-use limit

eSIMX: Unlimited plans have a daily high-speed allowance; once it's used up, speed is reduced rather than cut off. The exact allowance and speed are in each plan's details.

MyEsimGlobal: Unlimited plans throttle to 1 Mbps once the daily high-speed allowance is used (amount varies by plan/country); resets every 24 hours, no overage charges.

Top-ups & rollover

eSIMX: Add-on data packs aren't supported at the moment; when data runs out, buy a new eSIM.

MyEsimGlobal: No true top-up: when data runs out you buy a new eSIM plan rather than adding data to the existing one, which stays installed on your device.
