Refund policy

4S: Refund eligibility is reviewed case-by-case based on order/eSIM status and reason — no fixed window stated; contact support to request review.

Qrispy: Fees are non-refundable except per their refund policy: a refund may be considered for technical issues where the eSIM remains unactivated, with support contacted within 30 days.

Validity starts

4S: Most plans start counting on first use, when the eSIM connects and begins using data (checked on your 4S service page).

Qrispy: Data plans start automatically on first connection in a covered country, not at the time of purchase, per Qrispy's own site.

Fair-use limit

4S: Unlimited plans include a high-speed data quota for the full validity period; after it is used, speed drops to up to 1 Mbps until the plan expires.

Qrispy: Qrispy says fair use / temporary speed management may apply during very heavy usage on Unlimited hotspot data, but no GB threshold is disclosed.

Top-ups & rollover

4S: Self-serve top-up (same destination/region only) adds high-speed data to the current plan and extends its validity by the top-up package's own validity period.

Qrispy: Qrispy's Global Wallet lets you top up credit ($10/$20/$50) as backup data once your current plan runs out, without reinstalling the eSIM.

Lost device / reinstalling

4S: Each eSIM QR/activation code can only be installed once; a deleted eSIM usually cannot be reinstalled with the same code — contact support for a replacement.

Qrispy: Resetting your device may delete your eSIM profile; you can reinstall through the app -- up to five deletions and re-installations are allowed.

Billing currency

4S: Checkout supports multiple currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CNY and others via a currency selector); USD is the default.

Qrispy: Qrispy prices and tops up in US dollars (wallet amounts shown in $); their Terms of Service state invoices are payable in USD.
