Refund policy

4S: Refund eligibility is reviewed case-by-case based on order/eSIM status and reason — no fixed window stated; contact support to request review.

Telekonek: Refunds/replacement only for a technical problem on Telekonek's side that prevents the eSIM from installing or working — not for unused-but-working eSIMs, wrong country/region, carrier-locked devices, changed travel plans, or voice/SMS expectations (data-only plans). Requests must be made within 5 days of purchase; approved refunds return to the original payment method in 3-5 business days.

Validity starts

4S: Most plans start counting on first use, when the eSIM connects and begins using data (checked on your 4S service page).

Telekonek: Activation is instant once you scan the QR code, but the plan's own validity/day countdown begins when the eSIM connects to a live network at your destination, not at the moment of purchase.

Fair-use limit

4S: Unlimited plans include a high-speed data quota for the full validity period; after it is used, speed drops to up to 1 Mbps until the plan expires.

Telekonek: On metered (fixed-GB) plans, speed throttles to 1 Mbps after 3000MB is used in a day (2000MB/day on the North America bundle), resetting daily. Unlimited plans have their own daily high-speed cap shown per plan, commonly 2GB/day.

Top-ups & rollover

4S: Self-serve top-up (same destination/region only) adds high-speed data to the current plan and extends its validity by the top-up package's own validity period.

Telekonek: Existing Telekonek eSIMs can be topped up from your dashboard (or the order-hash link in guest-checkout confirmation emails) without rescanning a QR code — the new plan attaches to the same eSIM. Top-ups are region-locked to their destinations.

Lost device / reinstalling

4S: Each eSIM QR/activation code can only be installed once; a deleted eSIM usually cannot be reinstalled with the same code — contact support for a replacement.

Telekonek: Telekonek's terms end the service once the eSIM is deleted from the device; a replacement eSIM is offered only when it can't be installed or used because of a technical problem on Telekonek's side, requested within 5 days of purchase.

Billing currency

4S: Checkout supports multiple currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CNY and others via a currency selector); USD is the default.

Telekonek: Telekonek bills exclusively in US Dollars — there is no multi-currency checkout option.
