Refund policy

abesteSIM: Full/partial refund or replacement if the eSIM fails to install/activate/work due to a fault on abesteSIM's or the carrier's side, or works only intermittently. A 2.5 SGD or 10% (whichever is higher) processing fee applies for device-incompatibility/carrier-lock refunds. No refund for wrong purchases, an expired activation window, expired unused data, wrong checkout email, or once the eSIM has been installed.

Airhub: No refund once the eSIM has been installed/used (confirmed in both the Terms and the FAQ); unused-purchase eligibility isn't spelled out beyond "except in cases explicitly indicated."

Validity starts

abesteSIM: Most plans start when the eSIM first connects to a supported network and begins using data; some instead use a fixed start date or activate on installation — stated per plan on its own product page (per their FAQ).

Airhub: The issued QR code / eSIM profile itself stays valid for 365 days from issue; each data plan's own validity window (days) runs separately from the date it is purchased or activated.

Fair-use limit

abesteSIM: Some unlimited plans apply a fair-use policy after a high-speed threshold; others state a fixed speed cap (e.g. 5/10/20 Mbps) instead — varies per plan, check the product description (per their FAQ).

Top-ups & rollover

abesteSIM: No — abesteSIM does not currently support topping up an installed eSIM; buy a new plan once the existing allowance ends (per their FAQ).

Airhub: Most eSIMs can be kept and topped up with a data top-up pack when running low; if no top-up option is shown for your eSIM, it is a single-use eSIM.

Lost device / reinstalling

abesteSIM: A lost/misplaced QR code can be resent by contacting support (email or live chat) before installation, when eligible. Once installed, an eSIM is bonded to that device and can't be transferred or reissued — contact support about a replacement rather than a reissue.

Airhub: The eSIM cannot be re-issued and, once deleted from a device, cannot be reactivated (stated directly in both the Terms and the FAQ) — no self-serve or support-mediated replacement found.

Billing currency

abesteSIM: Users in Canada, Europe, the UK, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, and the USA can pay in their local currencies; users in other regions are billed in SGD.

Airhub: Prices are quoted in USD (or the currency shown at checkout); the FAQ discloses a real ~3.5% payment-processing "convenience fee" charged by their payment partner on top of the listed price.
