Refund policy

abesteSIM: Full/partial refund or replacement if the eSIM fails to install/activate/work due to a fault on abesteSIM's or the carrier's side, or works only intermittently. A 2.5 SGD or 10% (whichever is higher) processing fee applies for device-incompatibility/carrier-lock refunds. No refund for wrong purchases, an expired activation window, expired unused data, wrong checkout email, or once the eSIM has been installed.

JamboSim: 30-day window from purchase. Full refund for a confirmed technical/supply fault, duplicate charge, or a charge with no eSIM delivered. No refund once the eSIM is installed/activated regardless of usage, for coverage/speed disappointment, cancelled trips, or an unused-but-expired eSIM. Refunds via Stripe to the original payment method, 5-10 business days; 2-day response, 7 days to complete once approved.

Validity starts

abesteSIM: Most plans start when the eSIM first connects to a supported network and begins using data; some instead use a fixed start date or activate on installation — stated per plan on its own product page (per their FAQ).

JamboSim: Plan validity starts on activation, not purchase; the exact window is shown per plan (e.g. 3, 7, 15, 30 days from first connection).

Fair-use limit

abesteSIM: Some unlimited plans apply a fair-use policy after a high-speed threshold; others state a fixed speed cap (e.g. 5/10/20 Mbps) instead — varies per plan, check the product description (per their FAQ).

JamboSim: Unlimited plans are fair-use capped at 3GB high-speed data per day, then reduced speed for the rest of that day.

Top-ups & rollover

Lost device / reinstalling
