Refund policy

abesteSIM: Full/partial refund or replacement if the eSIM fails to install/activate/work due to a fault on abesteSIM's or the carrier's side, or works only intermittently. A 2.5 SGD or 10% (whichever is higher) processing fee applies for device-incompatibility/carrier-lock refunds. No refund for wrong purchases, an expired activation window, expired unused data, wrong checkout email, or once the eSIM has been installed.

Lempart Flex: Full refund on request while the eSIM has not been issued, and always in full if it could not be activated in its coverage area through no fault of yours. If you asked for immediate issue at checkout, an issued plan is not refundable; otherwise there is a 14-day withdrawal right, refunded less a proportionate amount for data used.

Validity starts

abesteSIM: Most plans start when the eSIM first connects to a supported network and begins using data; some instead use a fixed start date or activate on installation — stated per plan on its own product page (per their FAQ).

Lempart Flex: Validity normally starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in its coverage area (Terms §6); the plan must be installed within the period stated on it, usually 180 days from purchase.

Fair-use limit

abesteSIM: Some unlimited plans apply a fair-use policy after a high-speed threshold; others state a fixed speed cap (e.g. 5/10/20 Mbps) instead — varies per plan, check the product description (per their FAQ).

Lempart Flex: Unlimited plans run at full speed up to the daily amount shown on the plan (500 MB to 10 GB), then continue at the stated reduced speed (384 kbps, 512 kbps or 1 Mbps) until the next day.

Top-ups & rollover

abesteSIM: No — abesteSIM does not currently support topping up an installed eSIM; buy a new plan once the existing allowance ends (per their FAQ).

Lempart Flex: Top-ups are available on most plans; plans marked "no top-up" cannot be extended.

Lost device / reinstalling

abesteSIM: A lost/misplaced QR code can be resent by contacting support (email or live chat) before installation, when eligible. Once installed, an eSIM is bonded to that device and can't be transferred or reissued — contact support about a replacement rather than a reissue.

Lempart Flex: Not offered: an eSIM installs once on one phone, and a deleted eSIM cannot be reinstalled (Terms §5).

Billing currency

abesteSIM: Users in Canada, Europe, the UK, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, and the USA can pay in their local currencies; users in other regions are billed in SGD.

Lempart Flex: Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (Terms §4).
