Refund policy

abesteSIM: Full/partial refund or replacement if the eSIM fails to install/activate/work due to a fault on abesteSIM's or the carrier's side, or works only intermittently. A 2.5 SGD or 10% (whichever is higher) processing fee applies for device-incompatibility/carrier-lock refunds. No refund for wrong purchases, an expired activation window, expired unused data, wrong checkout email, or once the eSIM has been installed.

vigxo: Full refund within 30 days of purchase while the eSIM is not installed, requested from the dashboard and paid back via Stripe in 5–10 business days. No refund once installed; top-ups are non-refundable once applied.

Validity starts

abesteSIM: Most plans start when the eSIM first connects to a supported network and begins using data; some instead use a fixed start date or activate on installation — stated per plan on its own product page (per their FAQ).

vigxo: Validity starts when the eSIM connects to a local network at the destination, not at purchase.

Fair-use limit

abesteSIM: Some unlimited plans apply a fair-use policy after a high-speed threshold; others state a fixed speed cap (e.g. 5/10/20 Mbps) instead — varies per plan, check the product description (per their FAQ).

vigxo: Fixed-data plans have no daily cap. Day-pass plans carry the daily allowance shown on the plan.

Top-ups & rollover

abesteSIM: No — abesteSIM does not currently support topping up an installed eSIM; buy a new plan once the existing allowance ends (per their FAQ).

vigxo: Plans marked "Top-up" can be reloaded from the dashboard onto the same eSIM; other plans need a new eSIM.

Lost device / reinstalling

abesteSIM: A lost/misplaced QR code can be resent by contacting support (email or live chat) before installation, when eligible. Once installed, an eSIM is bonded to that device and can't be transferred or reissued — contact support about a replacement rather than a reissue.

vigxo: If an eSIM fails to provision after payment, they re-provision it or refund in full.

Billing currency

abesteSIM: Users in Canada, Europe, the UK, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, and the USA can pay in their local currencies; users in other regions are billed in SGD.
