Refund policy

AirPlans: Full refund within 30 days if the eSIM was never installed or activated, wasn't delivered, or had a verified unresolved technical failure; installed plans and wrong-destination purchases are non-refundable.

eSIMCard: No refunds once the eSIM is installed and used; refunds within 30 days for coverage issues preventing installation, technical problems with no data consumed, or unauthorized purchases.

Validity starts

AirPlans: Validity starts when the eSIM connects to a network abroad, not at purchase or installation.

eSIMCard: The eSIM activates automatically when the first byte of data is consumed at the destination, not at purchase, so it can be bought and installed well in advance.

Fair-use limit

AirPlans: Unlimited plans come with a daily high-speed allowance (1GB, 2GB or 3GB per day depending on the plan), after which speed drops to a stated rate (512 Kbps to about 2 Mbps) until the next day. Both figures are published per plan in their feed and shown on each plan row here.

eSIMCard: Unlimited bundles include an allowed amount of full-speed data per rolling 24-hour period (starting from first use), after which speed drops for the rest of that period before resetting.

Top-ups & rollover

AirPlans: Existing eSIMs can be topped up with more data from the My eSIMs screen in the app, no reinstall needed.

eSIMCard: Existing eSIMs can be topped up or extended with more data through the eSIMCard app, which also lets you manage active plans.

Lost device / reinstalling

AirPlans: A deleted AirPlans eSIM cannot be reinstalled with the same QR code/activation code -- each code works only once, so contact support before deleting anything if you might need it again.

eSIMCard: eSIMCard says re-downloading/reinstalling the same eSIM on the same device generally isn't possible -- disable it instead of deleting to keep your plan; if deleted, contact support with your QR code or ICCID.
