Yatelo: Refunds only for issues on Yatelo's side, requested within 30 days of purchase and only for unused data; used data is non-refundable and approved refunds may carry processing fees.

Validity starts

AirPlans: Validity starts when the eSIM connects to a network abroad, not at purchase or installation.

Yatelo: Your plan only starts counting once you connect -- the countdown begins at first network connection, not purchase.

Fair-use limit

AirPlans: Unlimited plans come with a daily high-speed allowance (1GB, 2GB or 3GB per day depending on the plan), after which speed drops to a stated rate (512 Kbps to about 2 Mbps) until the next day. Both figures are published per plan in their feed and shown on each plan row here.

Yatelo: Fixed-data plans hard-cap at the purchased allowance. Standard unlimited plans feature a daily high-speed cap and throttle speeds once crossed; Truly Unlimited plans have no daily cap. Plan details for all options explicitly state these terms prior to purchase.

Top-ups & rollover

AirPlans: Existing eSIMs can be topped up with more data from the My eSIMs screen in the app, no reinstall needed.

Yatelo: Add more data or buy a new plan anytime within the app.

Lost device / reinstalling

AirPlans: A deleted AirPlans eSIM cannot be reinstalled with the same QR code/activation code -- each code works only once, so contact support before deleting anything if you might need it again.

Yatelo: If you delete the eSIM or change phones, contact support and they help reinstall or replace the eSIM, depending on the plan.
