Refund policy

ASimGo: Full/partial refund or free replacement for a verified technical failure or persistent connectivity issue; a locked/incompatible device costs 2.50 USD or 10% (whichever is higher). No refund for change of mind, a deleted profile, expired data, a wrong email or a lapsed 30-90-day activation window.

eSimHero: Full refund only while the eSIM is untouched (not installed, activated or used); requested from "My eSIMs" and processed immediately back to PayPal or the wallet. No partial refunds once activated.

Validity starts

ASimGo: Most plans activate only when the eSIM first connects to a supported network, not on purchase — install it just before departure or on arrival using airport Wi-Fi, per their FAQ.

eSimHero: The validity period starts at activation, i.e. when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in the coverage area; no manual activation step is needed.

Fair-use limit

ASimGo: Not confirmed yet

eSimHero: Unlimited plans have a stated daily high-speed cap (e.g. 2GB/day), after which speed drops to 1 Mbps or 512 kbps until the next day; regular plans have no cap beyond operator-side traffic management.

Top-ups & rollover

ASimGo: Not confirmed yet

eSimHero: Top-ups can be added to the existing eSIM where the destination supports it; some destinations require buying a new eSIM instead.

Lost device / reinstalling

ASimGo: A deleted eSIM profile cannot be recovered or resent — removal is permanent once installed, per their FAQ. Contact support if this happens before travelling.

eSimHero: An installed eSIM cannot be moved to another device, and a deleted profile may not be reinstallable; contact support before removing an eSIM.

Billing currency

ASimGo: Feed and checkout prices are in USD.

eSimHero: Checkout in USD, GBP or EUR; the default follows the site language (English → USD) and can be switched. A prepaid wallet locks to one currency at its first top-up.
