Refund policy

ASimGo: Full/partial refund or free replacement for a verified technical failure or persistent connectivity issue; a locked/incompatible device costs 2.50 USD or 10% (whichever is higher). Simsima: Full refund if the eSIM hasn't been installed/activated, there's a technical failure on Simsima's side, or the wrong plan was delivered — not available once installed and connected to a network.
