Refund policy

ASimGo: Full/partial refund or free replacement for a verified technical failure or persistent connectivity issue; a locked/incompatible device costs 2.50 USD or 10% (whichever is higher). No refund for change of mind, a deleted profile, expired data, a wrong email or a lapsed 30-90-day activation window.

SparkRoam: Full refund if the eSIM is unused/uninstalled, a verified technical failure occurs, or the QR/activation details never arrive within 2 hours. Used/activated eSIMs are not refundable. Incorrect-purchase requests on an unused eSIM get Spark Roam Wallet credit instead of cash (full credit 0-7 days, voucher credit up to 1 year).

Validity starts

ASimGo: Most plans activate only when the eSIM first connects to a supported network, not on purchase — install it just before departure or on arrival using airport Wi-Fi, per their FAQ.

SparkRoam: Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network, not at the moment of purchase.

Fair-use limit

ASimGo: Not confirmed yet

SparkRoam: Fixed-data plans have no fair-use cap. Unlimited plans throttle to a stated speed after full-speed use (confirmed real per-plan values: "Up to 10 Mbps" on India/Turkey/Taiwan, fully unthrottled on Japan) — see each plan's own details.

Top-ups & rollover

ASimGo: Not confirmed yet

SparkRoam: Top-up is available from the SparkRoam customer Dashboard on the large majority of plans; a plan's own details page states when top-up isn't offered for it.

Lost device / reinstalling

ASimGo: A deleted eSIM profile cannot be recovered or resent — removal is permanent once installed, per their FAQ. Contact support if this happens before travelling.

SparkRoam: The QR code can be re-displayed or re-downloaded anytime from the customer Dashboard if the eSIM profile is deleted from the device.
