Refund policy

BNESIM: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and are denied once over 10% of the plan's data has been used; approved refunds go to BNE Wallet credit (24h) or the original payment method (up to 3 business days).

Superalink: Refunds only if the eSIM has not been activated and no data has been used; QRIS purchases must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

Validity starts

BNESIM: Data validity starts counting down as soon as a plan is purchased by default; BNESIM also lets you schedule activation for a specific future day instead. Once installed, the eSIM begins working within about a minute of connecting to a local network.

Superalink: Starts once the eSIM installs and connects to the local network at your destination — activation from home is possible, but Superalink recommends waiting until arrival; data isn't deducted until it connects there.

Fair-use limit

BNESIM: Unlimited-data plans may be suspended if daily usage reaches 5GB or monthly usage reaches 100GB; BNESIM reserves the right to limit speed for very high network use.

Superalink: On Unlimited plans, speed drops for the rest of the day once the daily high-speed allowance is used (no extra charge, resets the next day): 10GB/day to 5 Mbps, 5GB/day to 1 Mbps, 500MB-3GB/day to up to 384 Kbps.

Top-ups & rollover

BNESIM: Top up via the BNESIM eSIM app: open My eSIMs, pick the eSIM to recharge, then choose a country and data plan; no reinstall needed.

Superalink: Enter your eSIM's ICCID on Superalink's Top Up page (My Voucher) to add data or extend — no reinstall needed, though it only becomes available once the current package's validity ends or its data runs out.

Lost device / reinstalling

BNESIM: A BNESIM eSIM can be reinstalled on the same device as needed, but it can't be moved to a new device -- switching devices requires requesting a paid replacement (1 EUR) via BNESIM support.

Superalink: A deleted eSIM can be reactivated on the same device, but cannot be reissued for a different device, per Superalink's own FAQ.
