Refund policy

ETravelSim: Refunds within 5 days of purchase for non-delivery, an irreparable eSIM defect, or product-not-as-described (case-by-case) -- not for device eSIM-incompatibility. A $5-or-30%-of-order fee (whichever greater) is deducted; approved refunds take up to 15 days.

Yesim: Refunds within 30 days of purchase only if the plan/top-up hasn't been activated, used or expired (installing the eSIM profile counts as activation); approved refunds go to the original payment method, but amounts of €10 or less are credited as Ycoins.

Validity starts

ETravelSim: Arrive at your destination and the eSIM automatically connects to the best available local network -- validity begins at that first connection, not at purchase.

Yesim: You select a desired activation time when purchasing a plan in the app -- validity is not automatically triggered at purchase.

Fair-use limit

ETravelSim: Not confirmed yet

Yesim: Yesim itself does not enforce a Fair Usage Policy on its Unlimited plans, but some of its partner network providers may apply their own FUP as part of their own terms, per Yesim's Help Center.
