Refund policy

Flysimio: 7-day money-back guarantee: full refund, no questions asked, if you contact them within 7 days of purchase and have used less than 100 MB of data (a genuine connectivity test won't come close to that). After 100 MB, refunds are only for a real fault — QR/activation never arrived, a verified technical fault, undisclosed device incompatibility, or the coverage/data advertised not being delivered. Unused data does not roll over and is not refunded once the plan is running.

Giga.tel: Full refund only if the eSIM hasn't been installed and no data was used - contact within 5 days of purchase with your order number. If a technical issue (won't download, won't connect) can't be resolved, a refund/partial refund may still be given.

Validity starts

Flysimio: You can buy any time — plans have 6 months to activate, and validity only starts once your phone connects to the destination network (check each plan card for the exact window).

Giga.tel: Standard eSIM plans: validity starts when the plan is activated, not at purchase (confirmed at checkout). A separate 'Connectivity' plan type instead starts immediately after purchase.

Fair-use limit

Flysimio: Fixed-data plans aren't throttled; daily-unlimited plans slow to 1 Mbps after the daily high-speed cap (FAQ: 5 GB/day; the per-plan cap is on each plan card), with no hard cutoff.

Giga.tel: Unlimited plans carry a fair-use policy - each plan's own page shows its Daily Allowance and the post-threshold speed; there's no single sitewide GB/day figure or throttle speed.

Top-ups & rollover

Flysimio: Top-ups are instant via the account dashboard — same eSIM, no re-installation needed.

Giga.tel: Add a top-up or a new plan to the same reusable eSIM at any time without reinstalling - just keep the eSIM profile on your device rather than deleting it.

Lost device / reinstalling

Flysimio: QR codes are single-use; if you delete the eSIM by mistake or switch phones, contact support with your order reference and ICCID and they'll re-issue / re-provision it instead of selling a new one.

Giga.tel: If a technical/connectivity issue arises, support will troubleshoot or issue a replacement when eligible. Exception: the 'Connectivity' plan type can't be replaced if not installed within 24 hours of receiving the QR code.

Billing currency

Flysimio: Prices are shown in USD by default; your bank handles any FX conversion at its standard rate (no extra markup from Flysimio).

Giga.tel: Prices are shown in USD; Brazil-based customers are charged in Brazilian Reais at a locked exchange rate shown before payment, with no extra currency-conversion fee from Giga.tel.
