Refund policy

Giga.tel: Full refund only if the eSIM hasn't been installed and no data was used - contact within 5 days of purchase with your order number. If a technical issue (won't download, won't connect) can't be resolved, a refund/partial refund may still be given.

Telekonek: Refunds/replacement only for a technical problem on Telekonek's side that prevents the eSIM from installing or working — not for unused-but-working eSIMs, wrong country/region, carrier-locked devices, changed travel plans, or voice/SMS expectations (data-only plans). Requests must be made within 5 days of purchase; approved refunds return to the original payment method in 3-5 business days.

Validity starts

Giga.tel: Standard eSIM plans: validity starts when the plan is activated, not at purchase (confirmed at checkout). A separate 'Connectivity' plan type instead starts immediately after purchase.

Telekonek: Activation is instant once you scan the QR code, but the plan's own validity/day countdown begins when the eSIM connects to a live network at your destination, not at the moment of purchase.

Fair-use limit

Giga.tel: Unlimited plans carry a fair-use policy - each plan's own page shows its Daily Allowance and the post-threshold speed; there's no single sitewide GB/day figure or throttle speed.

Telekonek: On metered (fixed-GB) plans, speed throttles to 1 Mbps after 3000MB is used in a day (2000MB/day on the North America bundle), resetting daily. Unlimited plans have their own daily high-speed cap shown per plan, commonly 2GB/day.

Top-ups & rollover

Giga.tel: Add a top-up or a new plan to the same reusable eSIM at any time without reinstalling - just keep the eSIM profile on your device rather than deleting it.

Telekonek: Existing Telekonek eSIMs can be topped up from your dashboard (or the order-hash link in guest-checkout confirmation emails) without rescanning a QR code — the new plan attaches to the same eSIM. Top-ups are region-locked to their destinations.

Lost device / reinstalling

Giga.tel: If a technical/connectivity issue arises, support will troubleshoot or issue a replacement when eligible. Exception: the 'Connectivity' plan type can't be replaced if not installed within 24 hours of receiving the QR code.
