Refund policy

GigSky: SIMs and top-ups can't be returned once sold and unused data isn't refunded; a minimally used subscription plan (under 1GB) affected by a connectivity issue may be refunded at GigSky's discretion.

Superalink: Refunds only if the eSIM has not been activated and no data has been used; QRIS purchases must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

Validity starts

GigSky: Plans are turned on by the customer when ready to travel, not automatically at purchase, per GigSky's setup flow ('Activate When You Travel, Top Up Anytime').

Superalink: Starts once the eSIM installs and connects to the local network at your destination — activation from home is possible, but Superalink recommends waiting until arrival; data isn't deducted until it connects there.

Fair-use limit

GigSky: On Unlimited plans, GigSky may reduce speed during a single day of very heavy use (e.g. video streaming); normal speed resumes the next day. No specific data threshold or throttled speed is disclosed.

Superalink: On Unlimited plans, speed drops for the rest of the day once the daily high-speed allowance is used (no extra charge, resets the next day): 10GB/day to 5 Mbps, 5GB/day to 1 Mbps, 500MB-3GB/day to up to 384 Kbps.

Top-ups & rollover

GigSky: Eligible plans can be topped up anytime in the GigSky app (My Plans > Top Up), with the data added to the existing plan; not every plan supports top-ups and complimentary Visa plans can't be topped up.

Superalink: Enter your eSIM's ICCID on Superalink's Top Up page (My Voucher) to add data or extend — no reinstall needed, though it only becomes available once the current package's validity ends or its data runs out.

Lost device / reinstalling

GigSky: If you delete your GigSky eSIM you may be able to download a replacement through the GigSky app; if you can't reinstall it, contact GigSky Support.

Superalink: A deleted eSIM can be reactivated on the same device, but cannot be reissued for a different device, per Superalink's own FAQ.

Billing currency

GigSky: You pay in the currency set in Profile Details — USD, CAD, EUR, GBP or JPY — and that is the checkout currency; crypto payments are processed in USD.

Superalink: USD is the primary payment currency; other currencies may be accepted depending on availability and payment method, with the transaction currency set at the time of purchase.
