Refund policy

Gjirafa Travel: Refund only for a verified technical/connectivity failure with no data used, requested within 14 days of purchase. Once activated or data is consumed, no refund. Approved refunds are issued as non-cash, non-withdrawable Gjirafa Money credit, not to the original payment method.

Superalink: Refunds only if the eSIM has not been activated and no data has been used; QRIS purchases must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

Superalink: Starts once the eSIM installs and connects to the local network at your destination — activation from home is possible, but Superalink recommends waiting until arrival; data isn't deducted until it connects there.

Fair-use limit

Gjirafa Travel: Unlimited packages include 3GB of high-speed data per day, then unlimited data at reduced speed (messaging/email/browsing), resetting every 24 hours from activation; hotspot/tethering isn't permitted on Unlimited plans.

Superalink: On Unlimited plans, speed drops for the rest of the day once the daily high-speed allowance is used (no extra charge, resets the next day): 10GB/day to 5 Mbps, 5GB/day to 1 Mbps, 500MB-3GB/day to up to 384 Kbps.

Gjirafa Travel: Top up your plan immediately from the My eSIMs page or the Gjirafa eSIM app (top-ups can also be sent as a gift from the app).

Superalink: Enter your eSIM's ICCID on Superalink's Top Up page (My Voucher) to add data or extend — no reinstall needed, though it only becomes available once the current package's validity ends or its data runs out.

Lost device / reinstalling
