Refund policy

LightSim: 14-day refund window from date of purchase; LightSim reviews requests within 24 hours. Available for technical inability to deliver the service, activation failures, device incompatibility, duplicate/incorrect charges, or an accidental purchase that was never activated/used. Not available once the plan has been used, has expired, or its disclosed usage/validity/fair-use limits have been reached.

ZenSim: Refunds are not available once the eSIM has been installed or activated, except for a technical failure verified by ZenSim. If a Travel eSIM cannot be used due to device incompatibility, a refund is issued only if it has not been installed/activated on a different device.

Validity starts

LightSim: Plan validity starts only when you activate the eSIM at your destination, not at the time of purchase.

ZenSim: Validity starts on activation, not purchase — the eSIM auto-activates the first time it connects to the destination network. Must be installed within 12 months of purchase or ZenSim may cancel the order.

Fair-use limit

LightSim: Selected plans are a fixed high-speed data allowance per day (shown per plan) rather than a fixed total; hotspot/tethering sharing is unlimited (no separate cap or speed limit) on every plan.

ZenSim: Unlimited plans include a fixed daily high-speed allowance (see each plan), then drop to a reduced speed for the rest of that day.
