Refund policy

MoodSIM: Not installed and within 14 days of purchase: full refund. Once installed (QR code scanned or one-tap install used): non-refundable. Top-ups and cryptocurrency payments are always non-refundable.

Yatelo: Refunds only for issues on Yatelo's side, requested within 30 days of purchase and only for unused data; used data is non-refundable and approved refunds may carry processing fees.

Validity starts

MoodSIM: Shown per plan: "Upon Connect" plans start validity on first network connection at the destination (can install ahead of time); "Upon Install" plans start the moment the QR code is scanned. All eSIMs must be installed within 180 days of purchase.

Yatelo: Your plan only starts counting once you connect -- the countdown begins at first network connection, not purchase.

Fair-use limit

MoodSIM: Some plans apply a fair usage policy (mainly the daily-unlimited plans) — speed is reduced after the stated daily high-speed allowance, per the plan's own details. Not grounds for a refund.

Yatelo: Fixed-data plans hard-cap at the purchased allowance. Standard unlimited plans feature a daily high-speed cap and throttle speeds once crossed; Truly Unlimited plans have no daily cap. Plan details for all options explicitly state these terms prior to purchase.

Top-ups & rollover

MoodSIM: Top-ups add both data and validity time. Optional auto top-up recharges automatically once remaining data falls below ~300MB, charging the saved card the plan's original price; a failed charge disables auto top-up rather than retrying. Not every plan supports top-up (shown per plan).

Yatelo: Add more data or buy a new plan anytime within the app.

Lost device / reinstalling

MoodSIM: If you delete the eSIM by accident, try re-scanning the original QR code on the same device (some profiles allow reinstall); otherwise contact support with your ICCID. eSIMs can't be moved to a new phone, which needs a new eSIM.

Yatelo: If you delete the eSIM or change phones, contact support and they help reinstall or replace the eSIM, depending on the plan.

Billing currency

MoodSIM: Prices are shown in USD. At checkout you can pay in your local currency (Stripe adds a roughly 2-4% conversion fee) or in USD (your own bank's exchange rate/foreign-transaction fee may apply instead) — the underlying price is identical either way.
