Refund policy

Purchases are generally final once the eSIM is delivered; duplicate payments and non-delivery are refunded, and NXTL advertises a connectivity guarantee — if support can't get you connected in a supported destination, you get a refund. Read the policy ↗

Validity starts

NXTL is pay-as-you-go with no bundle expiry - purchased balance never expires and carries over to future trips instead of counting down from a fixed validity period.

Top-ups & rollover

Balance top-ups are managed entirely from your account at nxtlsim.com, no app or profile reinstall needed, and credit the moment payment clears.

Lost device / reinstalling

NXTL's setup guide says not to delete an installed eSIM unless support tells you to, and deleted profiles aren't refundable per its Terms -- there's no self-service reinstall option, so contact support directly.

Billing currency

Checkout defaults to USD but a currency switcher lets you view and pay in EUR or GBP; your own card issuer may still apply a foreign-transaction fee.
