Refund policy

AmigoSIM: Not confirmed yet

MicroEsim: Conditional refund: full/partial if your device is eSIM-incompatible, the eSIM never connects (full minus a small admin fee), or it works only intermittently (partial, prorated). No refund once the plan has expired unused, once installed on a device (no transfers), for a wrong checkout email, or a simple change of mind. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, up to 30 business days.

Validity starts

AmigoSIM: Not confirmed yet

MicroEsim: Validity starts when you activate data roaming on the eSIM (connect to the network), not when you first install/add it to the device.

Fair-use limit

AmigoSIM: Generic traffic-shaping/throttling language for network protection at specific times/locations; no specific GB/day threshold or speed stated.

MicroEsim: Unlimited plans: 'true unlimited' plans may be throttled for the rest of the day once usage typically exceeds 10GB in a single day (resets daily); plans with a high-speed cap drop to 128kbps once that allowance is used.

Top-ups & rollover

AmigoSIM: Not confirmed yet

MicroEsim: No — an existing eSIM's data allowance can't be renewed or topped up; buy a new eSIM for more data (per their FAQ).
