Refund policy
Superalink:
Refunds only if the eSIM has not been activated and no data has been used; QRIS purchases must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
BNESIM:
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and are denied once over 10% of the plan's data has been used; approved refunds go to BNE Wallet credit (24h) or the original payment method (up to 3 business days).
AirPlans:
Full refund within 30 days if the eSIM was never installed or activated, wasn't delivered, or had a verified unresolved technical failure; installed plans and wrong-destination purchases are non-refundable.
eSIMGlobe:
Refunds within 14 days of purchase if the eSIM hasn't been activated or used; defective eSIMs get a replacement or full refund, processed within 10 business days.
Validity starts
Superalink:
Starts once the eSIM installs and connects to the local network at your destination โ activation from home is possible, but Superalink recommends waiting until arrival; data isn't deducted until it connects there.
BNESIM:
Data validity starts counting down as soon as a plan is purchased by default; BNESIM also lets you schedule activation for a specific future day instead. Once installed, the eSIM begins working within about a minute of connecting to a local network.
AirPlans:
On most plans validity begins the first time the eSIM connects to a supported network at the destination, not at purchase or install; AirPlans' Terms note some plans instead start on installation, as stated in each plan's terms.
eSIMGlobe:
Some plans start immediately after eSIM installation, others only when the device connects to a supported network in the destination country; the rule is set per plan.
Fair-use limit
Superalink:
On Unlimited plans, speed drops for the rest of the day once the daily high-speed allowance is used (no extra charge, resets the next day): 10GB/day to 5 Mbps, 5GB/day to 1 Mbps, 500MB-3GB/day to up to 384 Kbps.
BNESIM:
Unlimited-data plans may be suspended if daily usage reaches 5GB or monthly usage reaches 100GB; BNESIM reserves the right to limit speed for very high network use.
AirPlans:
Unlimited plans come with a daily high-speed allowance (1GB, 2GB or 3GB per day depending on the plan), after which speed drops to a stated rate (512 Kbps to about 2 Mbps) until the next day. Both figures are published per plan in their feed and shown on each plan row here.
eSIMGlobe:
Unlimited plans include a high-speed data allowance (commonly around 1GB) per cycle, after which speed may drop to as low as 512 Kbps until the next reset; exact allowance/reset/speed vary by plan and appear on the product page.
Top-ups & rollover
Superalink:
Enter your eSIM's ICCID on Superalink's Top Up page (My Voucher) to add data or extend โ no reinstall needed, though it only becomes available once the current package's validity ends or its data runs out.
BNESIM:
Top up via the BNESIM eSIM app: open My eSIMs, pick the eSIM to recharge, then choose a country and data plan; no reinstall needed.
AirPlans:
Existing eSIMs can be topped up with more data from the My eSIMs screen in the app, no reinstall needed.
eSIMGlobe:
Product pages flag 'Top Up Available: Yes' for supported plans, letting you add data to the existing eSIM without reinstalling; not every plan supports top-up.
