Refund policy

DingsGlobal: Refund only if the eSIM was never activated/used, and only for DINGS's own fault (failed install/activation, a retired service, or an unresolved technical issue after 10 days to fix it) -- not a change of mind. Must be requested within 30 days of purchase; goes to account credit or the original payment method within 30 business days.

Globie: Refundable only while the eSIM is not activated; once data has been used, a partial refund may be considered at their discretion. Also refunded: confirmed Globie-side install faults, confirmed no coverage, incorrect or duplicate charges. Not refunded: incompatible phones, used eSIMs, expired plans. Request within 30 days by email with the order number; up to 10 business days.

Validity starts

DingsGlobal: The EU-style 14-day withdrawal right ends the moment the eSIM is activated or first used -- in effect, validity starts at activation/first use, not at purchase.

Globie: Install within 180 days of purchase (product pages list 180 pre-activation days). Activation is at install/enable or first data use; the plan ends when data runs out or the validity period expires, whichever comes first.

Fair-use limit

DingsGlobal: DINGS offers both fixed-data and Unlimited plans; Unlimited plans carry a fair-use policy and speed throttling after a threshold that varies per plan (their own FAQ; no single sitewide number stated).

Globie: Fixed-GB plans run at full speed with no reduction. "Unlimited" plans give 3GB per day at full speed, then unlimited data at 1 Mbps until the daily allowance resets every 24 hours (stated per plan on product pages and in the feed).

Top-ups & rollover

DingsGlobal: Plan-specific -- some DINGS plans support a top-up/extension, others require buying a new eSIM. Check the individual plan.
