Refund policy

eSimHero: Full refund only while the eSIM is untouched (not installed, activated or used); requested from "My eSIMs" and processed immediately back to PayPal or the wallet. No partial refunds once activated.

eSIMX: Refundable only if not delivered/activated or for an unresolvable technical failure -- no refund once used, even partially, or for a wrong-coverage-area purchase. Request within 14 days of purchase.

Validity starts

eSimHero: The validity period starts at activation, i.e. when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in the coverage area; no manual activation step is needed.
