MicroEsim: Conditional refund: full/partial if your device is eSIM-incompatible, the eSIM never connects (full minus a small admin fee), or it works only intermittently (partial, prorated). No refund once the plan has expired unused, once installed on a device (no transfers), for a wrong checkout email, or a simple change of mind. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, up to 30 business days.

Rufly: Refund on request if the eSIM has not been installed or used; generally non-refundable once activated and data has been used. If a plan fails because of a fault on their side that they cannot resolve, a replacement or a fair refund. Refunds go to the original payment method.
