esimgenius: Full refund only if the eSIM never activates in the destination country (install/connect failure, incompatible/carrier-locked phone, or the supplier under-delivers data). Wrong-destination purchases are case-by-case if reported within 24h, not guaranteed. Refunded via Stripe within 1 business day (banks take 5-10 more days).

Globie: Refundable only while the eSIM is not activated; once data has been used, a partial refund may be considered at their discretion. Also refunded: confirmed Globie-side install faults, confirmed no coverage, incorrect or duplicate charges. Not refunded: incompatible phones, used eSIMs, expired plans. Request within 30 days by email with the order number; up to 10 business days.

Validity starts

esimgenius: Validity starts at first network connection, not at purchase. An installed-but-never-activated eSIM is held for 90 days by their supplier before the QR can expire.

Globie: Install within 180 days of purchase (product pages list 180 pre-activation days). Activation is at install/enable or first data use; the plan ends when data runs out or the validity period expires, whichever comes first.

Fair-use limit

esimgenius: Unlimited plans state no daily data caps or cutoffs from esimgenius itself, but local carrier partners may throttle/restrict on atypical usage as an anti-abuse measure -- no specific threshold stated.
