abesteSIM: Required for some countries (passport/ID)

Dingo: Not confirmed yet

Refund policy

abesteSIM: Full/partial refund or replacement if the eSIM fails to install/activate/work due to a fault on abesteSIM's or the carrier's side, or works only intermittently. A 2.5 SGD or 10% (whichever is higher) processing fee applies for device-incompatibility/carrier-lock refunds. No refund for wrong purchases, an expired activation window, expired unused data, wrong checkout email, or once the eSIM has been installed.

Dingo: No refund on a used or unused data plan once sold, except (a) the eSIM fails to activate due to a technical fault on Dingo's or the network's side, or (b) the buyer withdraws within 14 days before the eSIM Service has been activated. Disputed/chargeback purchases get the account blocked rather than refunded. Complaints must go to [email protected] within 2 months; Dingo responds in writing within 1 month.

Validity starts

abesteSIM: Most plans start when the eSIM first connects to a supported network and begins using data; some instead use a fixed start date or activate on installation — stated per plan on its own product page (per their FAQ).

Dingo: The eSIM must connect to the network within 365 days of purchase for its validity period to start; each data session is rounded up to 100KB.

Fair-use limit

abesteSIM: Some unlimited plans apply a fair-use policy after a high-speed threshold; others state a fixed speed cap (e.g. 5/10/20 Mbps) instead — varies per plan, check the product description (per their FAQ).

Dingo: Unlimited plans throttle to a reduced speed (commonly 1 Mbps) after a daily high-speed data cap that varies by plan and destination — stated per plan.

Top-ups & rollover

abesteSIM: No — abesteSIM does not currently support topping up an installed eSIM; buy a new plan once the existing allowance ends (per their FAQ).

Dingo: Available — top up anytime after data runs out or the validity period expires; auto top-up can be enabled.

Support

abesteSIM: Email · Live chat · 24/7

Dingo: Email · Technical issues answered within 24 hours; formal complaints within 1 month ([email protected]).
