Refund policy

ASimGo: Full/partial refund or free replacement for a verified technical failure or persistent connectivity issue; a locked/incompatible device costs 2.50 USD or 10% (whichever is higher). No refund for change of mind, a deleted profile, expired data, a wrong email or a lapsed 30-90-day activation window.

Holafly: Full refund for unactivated eSIMs bought directly (up to 6 months from purchase) or incompatible/locked devices; full or partial refund for connection issues. Refunded in 5-10 business days.

Validity starts

ASimGo: Most plans activate only when the eSIM first connects to a supported network, not on purchase — install it just before departure or on arrival using airport Wi-Fi, per their FAQ.
