Refund policy

Always Mobile: 30-day refund policy from receiving the QR code, as long as the eSIM data plan is unused. Once installed and any data is consumed, the eSIM is non-refundable.

Globie: Refundable only while the eSIM is not activated; once data has been used, a partial refund may be considered at their discretion. Also refunded: confirmed Globie-side install faults, confirmed no coverage, incorrect or duplicate charges. Not refunded: incompatible phones, used eSIMs, expired plans. Request within 30 days by email with the order number; up to 10 business days.

Validity starts

Always Mobile: Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to the local network at the destination, not at purchase.

Globie: Install within 180 days of purchase (product pages list 180 pre-activation days). Activation is at install/enable or first data use; the plan ends when data runs out or the validity period expires, whichever comes first.

Fair-use limit

Always Mobile: Fixed-GB plans have no daily cap. Daily Unlimited plans include a fixed full-speed GB allowance per day, then throttle to a reduced speed (per-plan text on the site states a range, typically 384-512 Kbps, or a specific Mbps figure) until the next 24-hour reset.

Globie: Fixed-GB plans run at full speed with no reduction. "Unlimited" plans give 3GB per day at full speed, then unlimited data at 1 Mbps until the daily allowance resets every 24 hours (stated per plan on product pages and in the feed).

Top-ups & rollover

Always Mobile: Top-up availability is set per plan (most fixed-GB and some Unlimited plans can be topped up via the link in the QR-code email; Daily Unlimited plans generally cannot).

Globie: Not offered yet: every plan is a one-time purchase. Product pages say the top-up feature is still being built and a new eSIM must be bought for more data (feed: canTopUp false on every plan).
