Always Mobile: 30-day refund policy from receiving the QR code, as long as the eSIM data plan is unused. Once installed and any data is consumed, the eSIM is non-refundable.

ZenSim: Refunds are not available once the eSIM has been installed or activated, except for a technical failure verified by ZenSim. If a Travel eSIM cannot be used due to device incompatibility, a refund is issued only if it has not been installed/activated on a different device.

ZenSim: Validity starts on activation, not purchase — the eSIM auto-activates the first time it connects to the destination network. Must be installed within 12 months of purchase or ZenSim may cancel the order.

Fair-use limit

Always Mobile: Fixed-GB plans have no daily cap. Daily Unlimited plans include a fixed full-speed GB allowance per day, then throttle to a reduced speed (per-plan text on the site states a range, typically 384-512 Kbps, or a specific Mbps figure) until the next 24-hour reset.

ZenSim: Unlimited plans include a fixed daily high-speed allowance (see each plan), then drop to a reduced speed for the rest of that day.

Top-ups & rollover
