Refund policy

Globie: Refundable only while the eSIM is not activated; once data has been used, a partial refund may be considered at their discretion. Also refunded: confirmed Globie-side install faults, confirmed no coverage, incorrect or duplicate charges. Not refunded: incompatible phones, used eSIMs, expired plans. Request within 30 days by email with the order number; up to 10 business days.

KnowRoaming: Full refund if the eSIM was never installed/activated; if activated, a refund is discretionary and only offered if less than 2% of data was used, within 90 days of purchase.

Validity starts

Globie: Install within 180 days of purchase (product pages list 180 pre-activation days). Activation is at install/enable or first data use; the plan ends when data runs out or the validity period expires, whichever comes first.

KnowRoaming: Packages last the full validity period once activated (first use in a supported destination); unused data expires when validity ends. Must be activated within 90 days of purchase, per KnowRoaming's own product info text.

Fair-use limit

Globie: Fixed-GB plans run at full speed with no reduction. "Unlimited" plans give 3GB per day at full speed, then unlimited data at 1 Mbps until the daily allowance resets every 24 hours (stated per plan on product pages and in the feed).

KnowRoaming: Some fixed-data plans include a high-speed data allowance that renews every 24 hours, with speed reduced once the daily limit is reached; genuine Unlimited plans are marketed with no speed throttling. Exact daily threshold varies by plan and is not disclosed sitewide.

Top-ups & rollover

Globie: Not offered yet: every plan is a one-time purchase. Product pages say the top-up feature is still being built and a new eSIM must be bought for more data (feed: canTopUp false on every plan).

KnowRoaming: Existing eSIMs can be topped up from the My eSIMs section of your account (an Auto Top-Up option is also available), without reinstalling.
