Refund policy

GigaGo: Full refund (100%) if the eSIM QR code hasn't been installed/scanned, requested within 30 days of purchase, or the eSIM is verified faulty by GigaGo support. Partial refund (up to 100%) for unstable/interrupted connection at GigaGo's discretion. No refund for wrong-plan-already-installed, unsupported devices, out-of-coverage use, or force-majeure outages. Refund requests before Wednesday are processed the following Thursday; funds post in 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

Globie: Refundable only while the eSIM is not activated; once data has been used, a partial refund may be considered at their discretion. Also refunded: confirmed Globie-side install faults, confirmed no coverage, incorrect or duplicate charges. Not refunded: incompatible phones, used eSIMs, expired plans. Request within 30 days by email with the order number; up to 10 business days.

Validity starts

GigaGo: Validity starts once the eSIM is downloaded/installed on the device (per GigaGo's own FAQ) -- not at purchase, and notably not at first data use either, which is how most competitors on this site define it.

Globie: Install within 180 days of purchase (product pages list 180 pre-activation days). Activation is at install/enable or first data use; the plan ends when data runs out or the validity period expires, whichever comes first.

Globie: Fixed-GB plans run at full speed with no reduction. "Unlimited" plans give 3GB per day at full speed, then unlimited data at 1 Mbps until the daily allowance resets every 24 hours (stated per plan on product pages and in the feed).
