Refund policy

MoodSIM: Not installed and within 14 days of purchase: full refund. Once installed (QR code scanned or one-tap install used): non-refundable. Top-ups and cryptocurrency payments are always non-refundable.

TripoSIM: Full refund if the eSIM hasn't been installed/activated, requested within 30 days of purchase, or there was a technical/provisioning issue or billing error on TripoSIM's end. No refund once activated (data used), after expiry, for an incompatible/locked device, for poor local coverage, or for unused leftover data. Request via [email protected] (24-48h review); approved refunds post in 5-10 business days.

Validity starts

MoodSIM: Shown per plan: "Upon Connect" plans start validity on first network connection at the destination (can install ahead of time); "Upon Install" plans start the moment the QR code is scanned. All eSIMs must be installed within 180 days of purchase.

TripoSIM: Validity countdown starts on first data use, not at purchase or installation -- you can install weeks ahead without losing any time. Unused data does not roll over once the validity period ends.

Fair-use limit

MoodSIM: Some plans apply a fair usage policy (mainly the daily-unlimited plans) — speed is reduced after the stated daily high-speed allowance, per the plan's own details. Not grounds for a refund.

TripoSIM: Not confirmed yet

Top-ups & rollover

MoodSIM: Top-ups add both data and validity time. Optional auto top-up recharges automatically once remaining data falls below ~300MB, charging the saved card the plan's original price; a failed charge disables auto top-up rather than retrying. Not every plan supports top-up (shown per plan).

TripoSIM: Available on plans tagged "Top-up" -- added instantly from the TripoSIM dashboard. Not every plan supports it; if unavailable, buy a new eSIM for the same destination instead.
