Refundable only if Stellar confirms the eSIM could not be provided or was technically unusable due to an issue on Stellar's own end. Validity starts
MoodSIM: Shown per plan: "Upon Connect" plans start validity on first network connection at the destination (can install ahead of time); "Upon Install" plans start the moment the QR code is scanned. All eSIMs must be installed within 180 days of purchase.
Stellar: Billing starts on either "first network connection" or "first installation" depending on the plan (both real, observed per-plan in the feed) -- check the specific plan's own info dialog. Most plans must be installed within a pre-install window (commonly 180 days) after purchase.
