abesteSIM: Full/partial refund or replacement if the eSIM fails to install/activate/work due to a fault on abesteSIM's or the carrier's side, or works only intermittently. A 2.5 SGD or 10% (whichever is higher) processing fee applies for device-incompatibility/carrier-lock refunds. No refund for wrong purchases, an expired activation window, expired unused data, wrong checkout email, or once the eSIM has been installed.

Gigapanda: No refunds for buyer error (wrong destination, incompatible/locked device). Customer-initiated cancellation before activation: refunded minus a 5% payment-gateway fee + $5 processing fee. Activates on first use; no changes without 48h notice. Colombia/Argentina buyers get statutory withdrawal rights before install/activation.

Validity starts

abesteSIM: Most plans start when the eSIM first connects to a supported network and begins using data; some instead use a fixed start date or activate on installation — stated per plan on its own product page (per their FAQ).

Gigapanda: Activates on first data connection after installing the eSIM. Validity ends when data runs out or the plan's duration ends; an unused eSIM is deleted from their systems after 6 months of inactivity.

Fair-use limit

abesteSIM: Some unlimited plans apply a fair-use policy after a high-speed threshold; others state a fixed speed cap (e.g. 5/10/20 Mbps) instead — varies per plan, check the product description (per their FAQ).

Gigapanda: Unlimited plans are subject to fair use: after the daily high-speed allowance, speed is reduced for the rest of that day. Several fixed-GB plans also throttle (not cut off) after their allowance — stated per plan.
