Refund policy

No refund on a used or unused data plan once sold, except (a) the eSIM fails to activate due to a technical fault on Dingo's or the network's side, or (b) the buyer withdraws within 14 days before the eSIM Service has been activated. Disputed/chargeback purchases get the account blocked rather than refunded. Complaints must go to [email protected] within 2 months; Dingo responds in writing within 1 month.

Validity starts

The eSIM must connect to the network within 365 days of purchase for its validity period to start; each data session is rounded up to 100KB.

Fair-use limit

Unlimited plans throttle to a reduced speed (commonly 1 Mbps) after a daily high-speed data cap that varies by plan and destination — stated per plan.

Top-ups & rollover

Available — top up anytime after data runs out or the validity period expires; auto top-up can be enabled.

Billing currency

Priced in USD (charges stated inclusive of VAT).
