Refund policy

Refunds within 30 days of purchase, only when the eSIM can't be activated due to a technical problem on Esimatic's side after troubleshooting; an installed eSIM is considered used and non-refundable. Read the policy ↗

Validity starts

Validity starts when the eSIM auto-connects and uses its first 1KB of data at your destination, not at purchase; unused bundles expire 12 months after purchase.

Fair-use limit

Day Plan: 1GB of fast 5G data every 24 hours then throttled to 1.25 Mbps; Day Plan+: 2GB fast data daily then throttled to 2 Mbps -- both stay unlimited overall, never fully cut off.

Top-ups & rollover

Top up by buying the same eSIM bundle again from the Esimatic shop on the existing eSIM; no reinstall needed.

If you lose or damage your device while an Esimatic eSIM plan is active, Esimatic asks you to contact its support team with the details so they can help you get set up again.
