Refund policy

Unused eSIMs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if not yet activated (request it from the eSIM's actions in the app); all purchases are final once activated, though activated plans are reviewed case by case.

Validity starts

Installing isn't activating: the plan starts when you turn on data (roaming) for the eSIM at your destination.

Top-ups & rollover

Top up anytime from the My eSIMs screen in the app; the eSIM stays active until its validity period ends.

Lost device / reinstalling

No reissue promised: never delete the eSIM profile after installing, as a deleted travel eSIM usually can't be reinstalled.

Billing currency

Checkout charges natively in 17 currencies from their own price list (no card-network conversion); feed prices available in GBP/USD/EUR/AUD/CAD/JPY and more via the ccy parameter.
