Refund policy

Refundable only while the eSIM is not activated; once data has been used, a partial refund may be considered at their discretion. Also refunded: confirmed Globie-side install faults, confirmed no coverage, incorrect or duplicate charges. Not refunded: incompatible phones, used eSIMs, expired plans. Request within 30 days by email with the order number; up to 10 business days. Read the policy ↗

Validity starts

Install within 180 days of purchase (product pages list 180 pre-activation days). Activation is at install/enable or first data use; the plan ends when data runs out or the validity period expires, whichever comes first.

Fair-use limit

Fixed-GB plans run at full speed with no reduction. "Unlimited" plans give 3GB per day at full speed, then unlimited data at 1 Mbps until the daily allowance resets every 24 hours (stated per plan on product pages and in the feed).

Top-ups & rollover

Not offered yet: every plan is a one-time purchase. Product pages say the top-up feature is still being built and a new eSIM must be bought for more data (feed: canTopUp false on every plan).

Billing currency

Priced in USD (feed also carries GBP and EUR); the store has a 16-currency selector so the checkout total can be shown in a local currency.
