Refund policy

Full refund within 14 days if the eSIM has not been activated, no questions asked; failed activations caused by a technical issue are refunded even outside that window. Read the policy ↗

Validity starts

Validity trigger varies by network operator - some start counting when the eSIM is installed, others only on first connection at your destination; check the specific plan for which applies.

Fair-use limit

Unlimited plans include up to 10GB per day of full-speed data; consistently exceeding 10GB per day may trigger the Fair Use Policy and plan suspension, at the discretion of the network operator (no fixed throttle speed is disclosed).

Top-ups & rollover

Top-up ability and method depend on the network operator (for example the My3, EE, or Lycamobile apps or sites), accessed via Sim Local My eSIM account area; a few operators do not support top-ups at all.

Lost device / reinstalling

Sim Local warns that deleting an eSIM before its validity period expires may make it impossible to redownload, so confirm the eSIM has expired before deleting it.

Billing currency

Checkout supports multiple currencies including USD, GBP and EUR with prices shown in your selected currency; no explicit conversion-fee disclosure was found.
