Refund policy

Globie: Refundable only while the eSIM is not activated; once data has been used, a partial refund may be considered at their discretion. Also refunded: confirmed Globie-side install faults, confirmed no coverage, incorrect or duplicate charges. Not refunded: incompatible phones, used eSIMs, expired plans. Request within 30 days by email with the order number; up to 10 business days.

MobiMatter: Full refund if a purchased service isn't delivered due to a problem MobiMatter can't fix within 24 hours; delivered eSIM QR codes, top-ups and add-ons are otherwise not eligible for return.

Validity starts

Globie: Install within 180 days of purchase (product pages list 180 pre-activation days). Activation is at install/enable or first data use; the plan ends when data runs out or the validity period expires, whichever comes first.

MobiMatter: Depending on the operator, validity starts either when the eSIM is installed or only when it first connects to a network at the destination; check the package's own Product Description.

Fair-use limit

Globie: Fixed-GB plans run at full speed with no reduction. "Unlimited" plans give 3GB per day at full speed, then unlimited data at 1 Mbps until the daily allowance resets every 24 hours (stated per plan on product pages and in the feed).

MobiMatter: Unlimited packages carry a Fair Usage Policy against abnormal heavy use like continuous large downloads or P2P; MobiMatter may degrade or suspend service for violators, but no fixed data threshold or throttled speed is published.

Top-ups & rollover

Globie: Not offered yet: every plan is a one-time purchase. Product pages say the top-up feature is still being built and a new eSIM must be bought for more data (feed: canTopUp false on every plan).

MobiMatter: A top-up buys a separate package from the same operator that auto-attaches to your existing eSIM (no new QR scan); it adds its own data/validity rather than extending the original plan, and isn't offered by every operator.
