Refund policy

Lempart Flex: Full refund on request while the eSIM has not been issued, and always in full if it could not be activated in its coverage area through no fault of yours. If you asked for immediate issue at checkout, an issued plan is not refundable; otherwise there is a 14-day withdrawal right, refunded less a proportionate amount for data used.

MegaEsim: 100% money-back guarantee: ask within 6 months of purchase for any reason (installed, partly used or not) and get a full refund within 3-5 business days. Only exception: plans with a phone number are non-refundable. EU/EEA/UK buyers also keep the 14-day withdrawal right unless waived.

Validity starts

Lempart Flex: Validity normally starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in its coverage area (Terms §6); the plan must be installed within the period stated on it, usually 180 days from purchase.

MegaEsim: Validity starts on first network connection at the destination, not at purchase or installation — installing the eSIM before a trip doesn't start the clock.

Fair-use limit

Lempart Flex: Unlimited plans run at full speed up to the daily amount shown on the plan (500 MB to 10 GB), then continue at the stated reduced speed (384 kbps, 512 kbps or 1 Mbps) until the next day.

MegaEsim: Daily-cap "Unlimited" plans run at full speed up to their stated daily allowance, then throttle (per-plan capacityInfo, typically to 1 Mbps) until the next 24h reset.

Top-ups & rollover

Lempart Flex: Top-ups are available on most plans; plans marked "no top-up" cannot be extended.

MegaEsim: Top up anytime from your MegaEsim account or app (My eSIMs → Top Up); extra data is added to the same eSIM with nothing to reinstall. A few plans, such as some daily unlimited plans, can't be topped up.

Support

Lempart Flex: Email · Help center · Email support every day; a person replies, usually within one working day.

MegaEsim: Email · WhatsApp · 24/7; email replies within 2 hours (WhatsApp chat also available)
