Refund policy

AeriSIM: Full or partial refund, or a replacement, if the eSIM can't be installed or used due to a fault on AeriSIM's or the carrier's side; incompatible or carrier-locked phones are refunded minus $2 or 10% (whichever is higher). No refund once installed, for changed plans, or after the activation window.

Airhub: No refund once the eSIM has been installed/used (confirmed in both the Terms and the FAQ); unused-purchase eligibility isn't spelled out beyond "except in cases explicitly indicated."

Validity starts

AeriSIM: Validity starts once the eSIM connects to a supported network and begins using data; you can install before departure but keep it switched off. Some plans start on installation or a fixed date, as stated on the product page.

Airhub: The issued QR code / eSIM profile itself stays valid for 365 days from issue; each data plan's own validity window (days) runs separately from the date it is purchased or activated.

Fair-use limit

AeriSIM: Varies by plan and is listed on each product page: daily plans slow down after the daily high-speed allowance (e.g. Japan: 128 kbps, resets 0:00 UTC+8); some unlimited plans have a stated speed cap instead.
